RMI Responsible Sourcing
Young Poong’s Seokpo Smelter has been confirmed as conformant with the 2021 Zinc and Copper Process Standards through the Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) assessment conducted by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI). This demonstrates that Young Poong manages its supply chain in a transparent and sustainable manner based on its responsible minerals sourcing policy and due diligence practices.
Young Poong will continue to enhance its responsible sourcing framework in accordance with global standards.
LME Responsible Sourcing
The zinc brand YP-SHG, produced by Young Poong, has been registered as a Good Delivery brand under the LME Zinc Contract through The London Metal Exchange (LME) Brand Listing Certificate.
This demonstrates that Young Poong meets the product reliability and supply stability standards required by the global non-ferrous metals market.
